Mr. William M.Rhea (Mitch)

Mitch has joined International Security Consortium and Training Academy (ISCATA) as the Chief of Physical Security and security instructor. Mitch has over 30 years experience in the fields of physical security and electronic security. Mitch has 12 years experience in law enforcement and is POST certified in Tennessee as well as Colorado. He was an instructor for the Collierville civilian police academy where he taught physical security, officer safety and Doppler Radar. Mitch was assigned as the senior accident investigator and senior DUI Technician for the city of Collierville, Tennessee. In addition to acting as senior accident investigator he was also assigned as permanent expert witness as a Forensic Reconstruction Specialist for West Tennessee. In 2002 Mitch moved to Colorado Springs where he joined the Colorado Springs police department. In addition to his other investigative duties for Colorado Springs, he was a dedicated financial crimes investigator specializing in identity theft investigations.

Mitch spent 23 years in the United States Army. He began his career in the Army Security Agency where he was responsible for the collection and interpretation of intercepted signal intelligence. While assigned to ASA Mitch was qualified to sit the Chicom, N. Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Burmese and Laotian desks.

After leaving the Southeast Asian theater Mitch was assigned to Fort Bragg NC where he entered the United States Army Special Forces. Mitch graduated the Special Forces Qualification as a radio operator. From there Mitch became the Team Intelligence Sergeant and eventually a Chief Warrant Officer where he performed the duties as Team Leader for several varieties of Operational Detachments including MereOps, Mountain Rescue and SADAM.

Mitch's final assignment was to Budapest Hungary where he was assigned as assistant to the Defense Attaché of the American Embassy. In addition to his intelligence interpretation duties, he was the chief trainer to the Hungarian Army preparing Hungarian Airborne Officers to become candidates to the United States Army Ranger course.

William M. Rhea holds a degree in Science from the State University of New York. Mitch also attends the Colorado Christian University where he plans to attain his Licensed Adult Educator degree and credentials. Mitch attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey California where he studied Czechoslovak. He also attended the Foreign Language Training Institute in Munich Germany where he studied German.
